An advisory board to provide project leadership

The Advisory Board helps to set the direction for spotlightonspend and establishes development priorities. The goal of the board is to deliver transparency for public sector spending in a straightforward and cost-effective manner. The board also strives to engage the public in the growing debate about how to best deliver public services in difficult economic times.

We are looking for more professionals to join the advisory panel.

The advisory panel ensures public engagement. Comprised of individuals with an active interest in open and transparent Government and who currently occupy important and influential roles in the public sector, the advisory panel keeps spotlightonspend focused. The panel also operates as a network to contribute ideas, advice, counsel and support to the Advisory Board as needed.

Join our People’s panel and support the public engagement

The People's panel is comprised of members of the general public and small business owners who want to ensure the ‘open doors’ policy delivers better value for money in public spending. The People's panel acts as a sounding board to test ideas and developments as well contributing to the debate on what Government transparency policy should deliver to the general public.
