spotlightonspend is an application that reads the information held in the Observatory database by Spikes Cavell. If you're already a Spikes Cavell Observatory customer with an up-to-date configuration you can add the spotlightonspend application to your website.

New customers need to subscribe to Spikes Cavell services to provide the consistent data needed for spotlightonspend. The data collection process is straightforward. Please complete the form opposite and Spikes Cavell will contact you with details of the product packages available and an estimate of the timeframe for data analysis and publication.

spotlightonspend uses data from public sector bodies who have had their invoices processed and classified by Spikes Cavell.
