Argyll and Bute Council

Argyll & Bute Council participated in the Scottish Government pilot implementation of Spikes Cavell’s online transparency platform: spotlightonspend.

We spoke to Alan Brough at Argyll & Bute Council, about the council’s experience to date.

"It’s given us an opportunity to send a message to local small firms not to rule out trading with the council.
